# Account Rewards

## Enable Account Rewards

1. Add or edit an account.
2. Enable **Rewards** and enter a reward name if needed.
3. After saving, the account details show a Rewards shortcut and statistics.

## Record Rewards

| Type                 | How to use it                                           |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Cash Reward**      | Record cash returned to a receiving account             |
| **Point Reward**     | Increase the account's accumulated points               |
| **Point Redemption** | Deduct points and optionally describe what you redeemed |

When adding an expense, choose an account with Rewards enabled, then open **Add Reward** to save a cash or point reward with that expense. You can also open **Rewards** from the account details and tap **+** at the top right to add one separately.

## View and Edit

The Account Rewards page totals cash and points separately and lists records by date. Tap a record to view, edit, or delete it. Cash and point statistics are recalculated after a change.

Rewards belong to an account. Disabling Rewards for an account does not automatically delete rewards already saved.
