# สกุลเงินและอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน

## กฎการแสดงผล

| บัญชีหลักกับบัญชีย่อย | แปลงบัญชีย่อยเป็นสกุลเงินของบัญชีหลักก่อน |
| สถิติและงบประมาณ      | ใช้สกุลเงินที่เลือกในหน้านั้น             |
| รายการแลกเงิน         | เก็บทั้งยอดโอนออกและยอดโอนเข้า            |

## บันทึกการแลกเงิน

1. เลือก **แลกเงิน** ขณะเพิ่มรายการ
2. เลือกบัญชีต้นทางและปลายทาง
3. กรอกจำนวนเงินทั้งสองฝั่งหรืออัตราสำหรับการแลกครั้งนี้
4. เมื่อบันทึกแล้ว ยอดคงเหลือทั้งสองบัญชีจะอัปเดต

## การแปลงสินทรัพย์สุทธิ

หน้าสินทรัพย์คำนวณสินทรัพย์ หนี้สิน และสินทรัพย์สุทธิตามตัวกรองปัจจุบัน แถวบัญชี ยอดรวมด้านบน และสินทรัพย์สุทธิปัจจุบันนับเฉพาะรายการที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วจนถึงเวลาปัจจุบัน รายการในอนาคตจะมีผลต่อยอดคงเหลือเมื่อถึงเวลาที่กำหนด แนวโน้มสินทรัพย์สุทธิจะคำนวณยอดบัญชีย้อนตามวันที่รายการ โดยใช้ตัวกรองสมุดบัญชี การตั้งค่าสถิติของบัญชี และอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนของแต่ละวัน
