# บัญชีเครดิตและบัญชีหลักกับบัญชีย่อย

## สร้างบัญชีหลักกับบัญชีย่อย

บัญชีหลักกับบัญชีย่อยเหมาะเมื่อบัญชีการเงินหนึ่งบัญชีมีหลายสกุลเงินหรือแยกยอดเงินเป็นหลายส่วน

1. สร้างบัญชีหลักในหน้าจัดการบัญชี
2. แก้ไขบัญชีหลักแล้วเพิ่มบัญชีย่อย
3. เลือกสกุลเงินและกรอกยอดคงเหลือให้แต่ละบัญชีย่อย
4. แตะบัญชีหลักในหน้าสินทรัพย์เพื่อขยายรายการหรือเปิดบัญชีย่อย

ยอดรวมบัญชีหลักจะแปลงทุกบัญชีย่อยเป็นสกุลเงินของบัญชีหลักก่อน ส่วนหน้าบัญชีย่อยยังแสดงยอดคงเหลือในสกุลเงินเดิม

## ใช้บัญชีเครดิต

เมื่อสร้างหรือแก้ไขบัญชี ให้เลือกประเภทบัญชีเครดิต แล้วตั้งค่าวงเงิน วันสรุปยอด วันชำระเงิน และรายละเอียดอื่น

เมื่อใช้ **ชำระยอดเครดิต** ให้เลือกบัญชีชำระหนี้และบัญชีเครดิต อย่าบันทึกการโอนเงินทั่วไปซ้ำสำหรับการชำระครั้งเดียวกัน
