# งบประมาณ

เปิด **งบประมาณ** เพื่อดูงบของสมุดบัญชีหนึ่งเล่มหรือภาพรวมของสมุดบัญชีทั้งหมด

## สร้างงบประมาณ

1. แตะ **จัดการ** ที่มุมขวาบน
2. เลือกสมุดบัญชีที่จะตั้งงบ
3. เลือกรอบงบประมาณแบบสัปดาห์ เดือน ปี หรือกำหนดเอง แล้วตั้งยอดรวม
4. ตั้งงบแยกสำหรับหมวดหมู่รายจ่ายหรือหมวดหมู่ย่อยตามต้องการ
5. บันทึกแล้วกลับมาที่งบประมาณเพื่อดูการใช้งบ

| **คงที่**          | ใช้การตั้งค่างบชุดเดียวกันทุกรอบ เหมาะกับยอดและโครงสร้างหมวดหมู่ที่คงเดิม |
| **ยืดหยุ่น**       | บันทึกงบแต่ละรอบแยกกัน เหมาะกับยอดที่ต่างกันในแต่ละรอบ                    |
| **กำหนดเอง**       | สร้างแผนงบประมาณที่มีชื่อ วันที่เริ่ม และวันที่สิ้นสุด                    |
| **คัดลอกงบประมาณ** | คัดลอกงบรวมและงบตามหมวดหมู่จากรอบหนึ่งไปอีกรอบ                            |

## ใช้หน้างบประมาณ

| แตะยอดงบประมาณรวม                | ดูรายจ่ายที่นับในงบปัจจุบัน                                     |
| แตะงบตามหมวดหมู่                 | ดูยอดใช้ไป ยอดเหลือ และรายการที่เกี่ยวข้อง                      |
| แตะหมวดหมู่ย่อย                  | ขยายหรือจัดการงบหมวดหมู่ที่ละเอียดขึ้น                          |
| แตะปุ่มบันทึกรายการที่มุมขวาล่าง | เพิ่มรายการ โดยรายจ่ายที่เข้าเงื่อนไขจะนับในงบทันที             |
| แตะกลับไปวันนี้                  | กลับมายังรอบงบประมาณปัจจุบัน                                    |

## กฎของงบประมาณ

รายจ่ายต้องใช้สมุดบัญชีและหมวดหมู่ที่ถูกต้อง พร้อมเปิดให้นับในงบประมาณ การโอนเงินไม่นับเป็นรายจ่ายทั่วไป ส่วนการคืนเงินจะปรับยอดรายจ่ายจริงของรายการต้นทาง
